Inuvik Nailed It!

We did a holiday-themed version of “Nailed It!” here in Inuvik. Due to gathering size restrictions and also kitchen size restriction, we did it in four different households connected by video chat.
Competitors were provided with all ingredients, a skeleton recipe (ingredients and steps, but no measurements or times), and a wildly insufficient time limit to complete their creations. Here’s what the competitors in my house made:

Arctic Cheese Club

I am now part of Inuvik’s “Arctic Cheese Club”, which does group orders from a speciality cheese shop in Whitehorse. You can order specific cheeses, or you can submit a dollar amount and get a mystery cheese box. Here’s what $200 of mystery cheese looks like:
