I re-created a favourite dish from Vancouver’s now-closed vegetarian restaurant Foundation: “black beans, bananas, coco lime sauce, served on rice”.

I also made a sort of modified poutine with fries, gravy, Parmesan cheese, bacon, and mushrooms.

Turns out you can make a decent fish taco with only ingredients found in Tulita such as frozen cod, tortilla, sour cream, and salsa made from corn, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, and some spices.
Oh hey, we forgot to tell you: we bought a quad (aka ATV, four-wheeler, etc.). We bought it from Caitlin when she left town, who bought it from Ron when he left town. It was originally made in 1989, but Ron made a lot of modifications on it over the years. It drives great and has given us no problems so far (unlike some vehicles which shall remain unnamed…).
