I made a series of Thanksgiving-themed cocktails for various social engagements.




June 5 was Inuvialuit Day. We got to eat goose, caribou stew, eskimo doughnuts, dry fish, and muktuk (beluga whale).

Continuing on a long line of Northern tastings, we hosted a beer tasting party! We did it outdoors on a cold winter Inuvik day. Participants rated beers on their phones and Maciek wrote up a nice report with the results.
