Faye and Maciek's Adventures in the frosty Canadian North
Maciek MC’ed a murder mystery party at the greenhouse this summer. He even made up a fancy website for it. It was well attended (23 people), and had all the scandal, intrigue, and betrayal that we’ve come to expect from murder mystery parties.
It was such a big deal that it was featured in the local newspaper not once, but twice!
The Great Northern Arts Festival came to town recently.
There were a whole bunch of skilled craftsmen in town running workshops, so I took one on blacksmithing. Over the course of a few hours, my hammer, furnace and I created three things, which are now fully functional around our house:
All in all, a super interesting day dabbling in a new skill.
There are now acro-yoga classes going on in town for the next month!
