Today is the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. In Tulita this means that the sun sets at 1:21 am and rises again at 3:27 am. Here was the view from our house at 2:00 am:


Remember all that ice from the river breakup? The Mackenzie is free and clear of ice now, but it left huge icebergs up on the shore.
