I decided to try making some Indian food with our great selection of spices and dried beans/peas/lentils. It worked out great!
Lentil Dal (lentils, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, chili powder, salt)
Aloo Matar (potatoes, peas, onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, salt, mustard seed)
Moong Dal (mung beans, butter, cumin, cayenne, coriander, parsley, lemon, onion, ginger, chilli powder, tomato, salt, pepper, cilantro)
Aloo Palak (potatoes, spinach, ginger, onion, lemon, salt, butter, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, garlic, chilli powder)
Chana Masala (chick peas, onion, garlic, butter, salt, ginger, tomatoes, garam masala, red pepper flakes, tumeric, bay leaves, cilantro, lemon, cumin)
